Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Roam Bark ships to the US, Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia and New Zealand. Delivery is usually 5–12 business days in the US and 4–18 business days for most countries, up to 60 for the most remote destinations internationally, counted from the day the order ships.
Do I have to send it back?
No. Within 60 days of delivery we refund you and you keep the item — we have no returns address in the US. We may ask for a photo. This is a refund, not an exchange.
