At Roam Bark, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@roambark.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours
  3. Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the label

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Contact us and we will arrange a free exchange, including return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will send a replacement at no cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
