These terms are the agreement between you and Roam Bark when you use roambark.com or buy from us. Placing an order means you accept them. If you do not, please do not order.

Our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy are part of these terms. Where a detail appears in both, the specific policy governs.

Who Can Order

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract, or have a parent or guardian place the order for you
We ship to the US, Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia and New Zealand.
Everything on this site is offered for personal use, not for resale

Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD), including orders shipped to Canada
Prices are subject to change without prior notice; the price you were charged at checkout is the price that applies to your order
Our gear is made by manufacturing partners outside the United States and ships directly from them to you, rather than from a US warehouse. This is why delivery takes longer than a domestic retailer — see our Shipping Policy for current estimates
Product images are for illustration; actual products may vary slightly in color or appearance
Sizes are based on our partners' measurements. Measure your pet against the chart on the product page rather than relying on a size name
We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse an order at our discretion
If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of a typing or system error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honor it

Free standard shipping on US orders over $100
US standard shipping: 5-12 business days ($4.99 for orders under $100)
International standard shipping: 4-18 business days for most countries, up to 60 for the most remote destinations. Free over $100.
We ship to the US, Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia and New Zealand.
Delivery estimates start from the day an order ships, not the day it is placed

Returns & Refunds

You have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund, and you do not have to send the item back — we have no returns address in the United States. We may ask for photos. This is a refund, not an exchange. Full details, including how to start a return, are in our Return & Refund Policy, which governs if anything here is less specific.

Using Our Products Safely

Harnesses, collars, leashes, carriers, and car seat covers are travel gear, not restraints that can be left unattended. No product we sell can guarantee that an animal will not escape, and none of them is a substitute for you watching your pet.

Check the fit before every trip, and inspect buckles, stitching, and hardware for wear
Do not leave a pet unattended while wearing or secured by our gear
Our products are not veterinary or medical devices, and nothing on this site is veterinary advice. If your pet has a health or mobility condition, ask your vet first
Follow the care and weight or size limits printed on the product page and packaging

If a product arrives damaged or a component fails, stop using it and email support@roambark.com with photos.

Intellectual Property

All content on roambark.com, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Roam Bark and is protected by US copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, republish, or use it commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, Roam Bark is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our products, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed what you paid for the product the claim is about.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Some US states and Canadian provinces do not allow certain exclusions of implied warranties or of incidental damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you, and you keep the consumer rights your state or province gives you.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Before anyone files anything, email support@roambark.com and give us 30 days to sort it out. Most problems with an order are a shipping or refund question, and those we can fix directly.

If that fails, you and Roam Bark agree that any claim will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Flathead County, Montana, and both of us consent to those courts hearing it. If you are a consumer in Canada or in a US state whose law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live, or to use a small claims court near you, that right is not taken away by this section.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the one published when you placed it, so changes are not applied backwards. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new version.
