How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, then US standard shipping takes 5–12 business days. Most other countries take 4–18 business days, up to 60 for the most remote destinations. Estimates start from the day your order ships, not the day you place it.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free standard shipping on orders over $100. It is applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.

Why does delivery take longer than a big retailer?

Our gear ships directly from our manufacturing partners rather than from a US warehouse. That is how we keep the prices where they are. If you need something for a trip, order with time to spare.

What is your return policy?

60 days from delivery — and you do not send the item back. We have no returns address in the US, so posting gear back would cost more than the gear. If it arrives damaged or defective, or simply does not fit, email us with your order number and a photo and we refund you. You keep the item. We do not run direct exchanges: for a different size, take the refund and place a new order. Full details on our Return & Refund Policy page.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, if you are in one of the 32 countries we ship to. Orders in the US arrive in 5–12 business days; most other countries take 4–18, and a few remote destinations longer. Free standard shipping everywhere on orders over $100.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can take 2–3 business days to start updating after the number is issued.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will cancel and refund in full if it has not shipped. Once it has shipped, treat it as a refund request under the 60-day window.

How do I choose the right size?

For harnesses, measure the widest part of your dog's chest just behind the front legs. For coats, measure the back length from the base of the neck to the base of the tail. Match either figure to the Find the Size card on the product page. If your dog falls between two sizes, take the larger one.

Is your gear made for dogs?

Yes — Roam Bark is a dog brand. Everything in the range is chosen for dogs who come along on the trip. Sizes run from S to XXL depending on the product, so check the size chart on the product page against your dog’s chest measurement before you order.
