At Roam Bark, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition
  • Items must be in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@roambark.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back using the provided return label (free for defective items)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Contact us and we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost. We will cover return shipping for exchanges.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
