At Roam Bark, we want your order to arrive quickly and safely. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with your tracking number once it has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high-demand periods.
Free Shipping
Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all US orders of $35 or more. The discount is applied automatically at checkout — no coupon code needed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment in real time through the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking email for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Destination
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only (including Hawaii and Alaska). We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time. International shipping is coming soon — stay tuned!
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:
- Check your tracking number for the latest status
- Confirm the shipping address on your order confirmation email
